The waitlist

• Joining is free. It makes no account, and it is no promise to buy.
• We may email you about the launch: a thank-you, an update about every two weeks and a countdown before launch, until you unsubscribe.
• Unsubscribe any time with the link in any email.
• Join with your own email address. We may remove sign-ups made by bots or with someone else’s email address.
• Referral rewards are explained when Vaylor launches and apply once you and the owner you refer are paying customers.

The founders’ offer

• 25% off the plan price for as long as you’re a paying member, on 14K, 18K or 24K.
• It starts with your first paid month, after the free 30-day trial.
• For people on the waitlist who sign up within 30 days of launch.
• Not combined with yearly pricing or other codes. You get whichever saves you more.
• It stays on if you change plans. The 25% comes off your new plan’s price.
• It ends if you cancel. If you come back later, you pay the regular price.
• Once per business. If you cancel a plan that carried the founders’ offer, the offer can’t be claimed again on a later sign-up.
• How you claim it: sign up with the email address you joined the waitlist with, and we match you. Your launch email also has your own waitlist code, to use if that email doesn’t match. Keep the code private: it proves your founders’ offer.
• Your 30 days to claim the founders’ offer count from the day Vaylor opens, even if the launch date moves.

Text messages

• Job texts at launch: on 18K and 24K, a business sends its customers job texts from its own business number, such as “On my way” and visit reminders, only to customers who gave their number for the job.
• Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. How often messages come varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• The phone carriers: when a business pays for 18K or 24K, we file its texting registration with the phone carriers, and texting switches on once they approve it. We can’t speed it up, and the carriers don’t approve every business.

AI phone answering at launch

• A call counts as one conversation for up to 5 minutes. A longer call counts as two.
• Spam calls and hang-ups never count. Up to 3 test calls a month are free and don’t count either.

The free trial at launch

At launch, Vaylor comes with a free 30-day trial, no card needed. Its full rules are in these terms at launch.

Freezing your account at launch

• A freeze is $19 a month, flat, and no founding or other discount comes off it.
• You can freeze for up to 4 months in a row, once every 12 months.
• You pick the months, and the freeze starts at your next billing date.
• Only monthly plans can be frozen.
• Your texting number and its approval stay in place.
• Add-ons stop billing while you’re frozen, and the Marketing pack’s own number and approval close then, as they do when the pack is dropped.
• A founding member stays a founding member, and the 25% picks up again the day your plan comes back.
• If Apple bills your plan, cancel the Apple subscription and start the freeze on our website.
• Turn your plan back on with one tap, any time, and billing at the plan price starts that day; after 4 months your plan comes back on by itself, and we email you 7 days before.
• If a freeze charge fails, the normal missed-payment steps follow, with an email at each step.
• While you’re frozen, nothing sends: no texts, no reminders and no automatic billing of your customers.

Prices and the launch date

• Prices on this website are planned launch prices. We tell the waitlist before any change.
• Launching February 2027 is our plan. If the date moves, we email the waitlist.

Other terms

• Changes to these terms: we post changes on this page with a new effective date.
• Liability: if we are ever responsible to you for anything about this website or the waitlist, the most we owe you is what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if that is more.
• Governing law: New Jersey law governs these terms, and any dispute about them is heard in New Jersey.
