Before you cancel
Leave your old app, and keep what matters.
Once a subscription ends, your old software may close your access to your records. Get everything out while you still can.
Export everything. Customers, prices, quotes, jobs, visits and invoices, as spreadsheet files. Keep them on your own computer.
Save your job photos. They may not export in bulk, so save the ones you want, job by job.
Download the PDFs you must keep. Any quote or invoice you need a copy of.
Turn off the old reminders. Automatic reminders, follow-ups and online booking, so your customers don’t get two sets of messages.
Collect what’s still owed. Add each unpaid invoice in Vaylor and send it again, so the customer gets a pay link that keeps working.
Cancel only when you’re sure. Once your data is out and checked. Don’t close or delete the old account for good until then.
