When can I start?
February 2027. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you the day we launch. Then sign up within 30 days and you save 25%, for as long as you’re a member.
Does the 25% run out?
No. It stays for as long as you’re a member and only ends if you cancel. It starts with your first paid month, after the free 30-day trial. If you cancel and come back later, you pay the regular price.
Can I change plans and keep my founding price?
Yes, you can! Your 25% stays on when you change plans. It isn’t combined with yearly pricing or other codes: you get whichever saves you more.
Is it hard to learn?
No. Plain words, one tap to clock in. On 18K and 24K, talk the job in and Vaylor AI writes it up. Stuck? Email us and a person answers.
Does it work for my trade?
Yes. Vaylor is built for 30+ trades, and you pay the same price whatever your trade.
Phone or computer?
Both. You run your office from the computer and carry it in your pocket on the job. No signal? Keep working.
Who answers my phone when I’m on a job?
Stacy, your AI assistant, answers every call and books the visit for you. She’s an add-on on any plan.
What do I get in the free trial?
At launch: 30 days free on 18K, for up to 6 people, with your own customers and jobs. No card needed. The AI helpers, job texts and Stacy start when you choose your plan.
How do I move over from my old software?
Switching from another app? We move you in.
Your customer list comes straight over on every plan.
On 24K, our team moves your jobs, history, price list and templates for you, as far as your old app lets you export them.

How do quotes work?
Talk the job in, or type rough notes. On 18K and 24K, and a few a month on 14K, Vaylor AI writes up the whole job for you, clean and professional. Add photos.
Your customer says yes to the quote online and pays the deposit up front.
Can my crew clock in? Can I see where they are?
Each person clocks in with one tap and marks the job done when it’s finished. On 18K and 24K, you see who is on the clock right now, and on which job.
On 18K and 24K, the live crew map shows where each person is while clocked in. Shown to you and your managers only while that person is clocked in, after they agree on their own phone.
On 18K and 24K, your foreman can clock the whole crew in and out from his phone.
What does Vaylor AI do for me?
On 18K and 24K, your AI helpers work 24/7: they write a reply to every new online request, write up your quote as you talk the job in, and give you a summary every Monday. Every word goes out in your name. Quote follow-ups and invoice reminders go out by themselves.
What will my customers see?
A page of their own, to see their quotes and invoices and pay.
On 18K and 24K: texts from your business number, “On my way” with the minutes in one tap, and automatic visit reminders. Receipts go by email, or by text when you choose, and the receipt thanks them for the tip.
How does texting work on each plan?
On 14K, nothing is texted automatically: tap Text, and your phone’s Messages app opens with the words already written.
Automatic job texts from your own business number come with 18K and 24K. We set it all up for you.
On 24K, two-way texting: every text conversation with a customer in one place, from your business’s own number.
Job texts go to customers who gave you their number for the job.
Money
What you pay, and how you get paid.
What will I really pay each month?
Your plan’s price for your crew size, plus sales tax where it applies. Add-ons only if you pick them. Nothing is ever added to your bill by itself. Example: 18K for a crew of 2 to 3 is $199 a month ($149 for founding members). Every price: Pricing.
Who counts as a person? A person is anyone with their own sign-in: you, your office staff or your crew. A crew member who never signs in doesn’t count.
Stripe’s fee comes out of the card payments your customers make. Nothing is added to their bill. Prices are in US dollars.
Can the price change? If it ever does, you get 30 days’ notice by email.
Two ways to pay: month to month, with no commitment and cancel any time, or paid for the year. Save up to 34% when you pay for the year. Every price, by crew size, is on Pricing.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel any time?
Monthly plans have no commitment. Cancel any time, and you keep the month you paid for. There is no refund, and no credit on your bill, for part of a month.
A paid year: a full refund in the first 30 days. After that, it runs to the end of the year you paid for, and never renews for another year by itself.
How do my customers pay me, and what does it cost?
Card payments, with deposits, through Stripe. Your customer adds a tip when they pay, and it comes to you with the payment.
Paid in cash or check? Close the job in a few taps.
Stripe charges its own fee on each card payment: 2.9% + 30¢ per US card on its standard pricing. Nothing is added to your customer’s bill. If you want to cover it, build it into your prices.
Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored in the app. Card money goes to your own Stripe account, then to your bank by itself. Your first payout usually takes 7 to 14 days. After that, a few business days. Need it now? Once Stripe offers instant payouts on your account, it can pay you in about 30 minutes for 1.5%, taken from you, not your customer.
Do I still need my accountant?
For advice, yes. On 18K and 24K, Vaylor adds up your numbers: the real profit on every job, overhead spread by the hours worked, profit before and after overhead, and sales tax added up for the way you file: monthly, every 3 months or yearly.
It gives no tax or accounting advice. Your tax rates, and what you mark taxable, are yours to set.
Your data and help

Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Your data is yours.
Export everything, any time: one full backup, or any list as a spreadsheet file.
After your plan ends, your records are kept for 30 days, so you can download them; then we delete them.
