- Texts go out from your own phone, with the words already written for you. You press send. Nothing is texted automatically.
- Customers, requests, quotes, jobs, the schedule and invoices, in one place.
- A few quote write-ups a month: type or say the job, and Vaylor AI writes up the whole job for you, clean and professional, in one box.
- Photos on a quote. Your customer approves it online and pays the deposit.
- Card payments with tips and deposits.
- A page for each customer, to see their quotes and invoices, and pay.
- Automatic emails: reminders for unpaid invoices, and follow-ups on quotes nobody answered.
- Review requests by email.
- Today: your day’s stops, in order, on one screen, and clock in with one tap.

- Anything you type yourself goes out from your own phone.
- The crew time clock: who is on the clock now, and on which job.
- Payroll: your crew’s approved hours go straight to Gusto or QuickBooks Payroll.
- Your numbers: the real profit on every job, before and after overhead, with overhead spread by the hours worked, and sales tax added up for the way you file: monthly, every 3 months or yearly.
- Vaylor AI: a reply written for new online requests, quotes written up as you talk the job in, and a briefing for you each Monday. Your AI helpers work for any trade, from your own services and prices.
- Hiring: job posts written for you, one apply link (put it on Indeed or any job board), every application in one place with a short summary of each, and interview tips. You pick the hire.
- Background checks, ordered from inside Hiring: paid per check, at cost, on top.
- The map: who is at which job.
- Rain day: one tap moves the day and tells every customer.
- The live crew map: where each crew member is while clocked in.Shown to you and your managers only while that person is clocked in, after they agree on their own phone.
- Reports: where your leads come from, your quote funnel, revenue by month.

- Your customer list comes over: upload your old app’s customer export, and Vaylor maps it for you.
- More than one business under one sign-in: each with its own plan and its own data, walled off, and a switch in the Menu.
- Phone apps, for iPhone and for Android.
- Repeating customers: weekly or monthly work, set up once.
Add-ons
- Marketing pack: $39 USD a month on 18K and 24K. On 18K: seasonal email campaigns, plus 500 marketing texts a month. On 24K: 750 marketing texts a month. Email campaigns are already part of 24K. Marketing texts are part of no plan: they come with this pack only. Counted by the text: a text is one 160-character text. When the month’s marketing texts are used, they start again next month, or add 500 more for $29 USD. Unused texts do not carry over to the next month. A customer’s reply is not counted. Only to customers who agreed to get them, in the daytime only. No customer gets more than two a month. Review-request texts are not part of the pack: at most one to each customer every six months.
- AI phone answering: $35 USD a month, 30 conversations included, then 85 cents each. A call counts as one conversation for up to 5 minutes; a longer call counts as two. Spam calls and hang-ups never count, and up to 3 test calls a month are free.
- You pay only for the add-ons you pick.

Fair use
Fair use, in plain words.
- Each plan is for the normal work of one business: your customers, your jobs and your crew.
- A busy month is a good month. Outside the job-text amounts and the limits on this page, honest work is never counted against you.
- Nothing is added to your bill by itself.
Job texts on 18K and 24K
- Job texts come with your plan. Each plan and crew size has an amount a month, set above normal use:
- On 18K: 600 a month for you alone, 1,250 for 2 to 3 people, 1,250 for 4 to 6 people, 2,200 for 7 to 11 people and 2,950 for 12 to 16 people.
- On 24K: 2,000 a month for you alone, 3,700 for 2 to 3 people, 3,700 for 4 to 6 people, 4,350 for 7 to 11 people and 5,050 for 12 to 16 people.
- How they are counted: a text is one 160-character text, and your customers’ replies are counted too.
- Every automatic text is written to fit one text. The first text to a new customer is longer: it carries the fine print the phone carriers require.
- You see your count in Settings. We email you at 80% and at 100% of your amount. Nothing stops there, and nothing is charged.
- At double your amount, automatic texts pause, and your reminders go out by email.
- Extra job texts are $30 USD for 1,000, for the rare business that sends far more. If you go far past your amount, we get in touch and agree what to do.
- Repeat visits, such as weekly mowing, get no text by default. One-off jobs keep their visit reminders. One text goes out when something changes, such as running late or a rain day, sent with one tap, and one message at the start of the season names your day. Reminders for repeat visits go by email.
- Nothing is ever charged by itself.
- If a business’s use looks far beyond what any real business does, or looks like misuse, such as texts to people who never gave it their number, we may get in touch with it.
